Shopping for Wallpaper is a project you love or despise! You may look for days and days and not find a thing, on the other hand you may fall in love with the first Wallpaper you see.

Before the shopping process begins you want to lay out in your home what you want to wallpaper. Is it a whole room? Accent wall! Maybe its as easy as installing a border over a painted wall.

Measurement time! How much Paper do you need? Finding out how many rolls are needed is an easy task for the most part. (Nooks and cranneys can be pain not gonna lie to you)
The basic formula is the height of wall multiplied by the length of the wall, then you divide that number by 50. 50 is the amount of sq.ft. in a double roll of wallpaper.
Ex: 8(Height) X 10(Length) = 80sq.ft. / 50(sq.ft. in a double roll) =1.6 Double Rolls (Round up to 2 Double Rolls)

Samples, samples, samples! They are a must! Take samples home with you to match paint, accessories, flooring and just see how the paper reacts in your light at home. When taking samples keep in mind your trying to figure out what you don't like. When this happens it makes it easier to find out what you do like! Samples, samples, samples :)
