Q: Do you offer designer discounts?

Yes, once the paperwork is on file with us you will receive a 10% discount on all product purchases. Please contact us for further details and special offers.

Q: Do you offer samples of your fabrics and trims?

Yes, you can purchase samples of fabric and trims on-line. If you are in the store, samples are free. Please remember that if you purchase yardage on-line, samples will ship for free.

Q: Do you sell on-line?

Yes, click on the "shop" tab and you may purchase fabrics and trims that we will ship to you.

Q: Do you come to my home?

Yes, we have designers and decorators on staff that do in-home consultations. Please contact us for details, including the fees for in-home consultation.

Q: Do you have other locations?

Yes, Discount Decorating Outlet located in St. Peters, MO. DDO carries fabrics, trim, wallpaper and home accessories at discounted prices. You can click on the "store" tab in the website for a map, hours and additional information on this store.

Q: Do you offer samples of wallpaper?

Q: What is your return policy?

We will do everything we can to be sure your experience with The Fabric Co., is a good one! You must notify us within 10 days of receipt of your fabric. Returns are only allowed for damaged or flawed fabrics. Fabrics that have been altered or cut are not returnable. Fabrics must be returned to us within 30 days of notification. Shipping charges are not returnable. Custom orders are not returnable. Please contact info@thefabricco.com for return and exchange information.

Q: What is your shipping policy and rates?

n-stock fabrics and samples are shipped within 48 hours and most of the time within 24 hours. All samples will ship priority mail via the US postal service. The first 5 samples ship for a flat $5 fee. There is an additional $1 charge for each sample above the first 5. Multiple items may not ship together. We try to cut our samples so you get all the colors and as much of the pattern as possible. All fabric orders will be shipped by UPS ground. Please contact us for expedited shipping charges. Multiple items may not ship together. Orders larger than 25 yards may not be continuous yardage.
