Domestic Shipments

  • Contiguous US - We offer a flat standard shipping rate of $11.95 per order.  Expedited shipping is based on the weight and shipping destination.
  • Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, & Other US Territories - Both standard and expedited shipping are based on weight and destination.

International Shipments

Shipping charges for international shipments are based on product weight and destination.

We collect information from you when you visit our Site, register an account on our Site, or place an order.

IMPORTANT: Before Ordering

  • Computer monitors, cell phones, and tablets can show color differently and cannot always display textures.  If you are unsure of the color or texture, we do offer samples on most of our products for a small fee.
  • No claims will be allowed after products have been cut. Please examine all materials carefully.
  • Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address when ordering.  Addresses cannot be changed once the order has been processed and shipped.


About Our Products

  • Products are housed in and shipped from multiple locations.
  • All fabrics, trims, and wallcoverings listed on TheFabricCo.com website are first quality.
  • All pricing and shipping charges are displayed in US dollars.
  • All pricing on TheFabricCo.com is valid only on orders placed through the website.
  • Minimum order quantity (MOQ) will vary from product to product.  The MOQ will be listed in the quantity box above the “Add to Cart” button on the product details page.
  • We cannot guarantee dye lots.
  • Pricing and availability are subject to change without notice.
  • TheFabricCo.com reserves the right to refuse orders submitted with incomplete information.
  • Despite our best efforts, we are not responsible for any typographical errors.  In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price, with incorrect information due to a typographical error, or errors in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, we have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products with these errors.  We have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed.  Payment authorization will be voided and the order will be canceled.  In the event the credit card has already been charged, we will immediately issue a credit back to your payment method.



Samples are available on most of our products for a small fee of $4 ea.  You will find a “Sample” button on the product description page if samples are available.  Sample sizes depend on the product being sampled and which location the sample is being shipped from.

Orders are processed Monday-Friday, not including holidays.  Payments for new orders placed through our website are placed as payment authorizations only.  Your credit card or PayPal account is not officially charged until we confirm the availability of the product(s) ordered.

Order Cancelations or Changes

If you wish to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us immediately by calling us at 1-855-530-0775.  Please provide your order confirmation number for quicker service.

If you are needing to cancel an order that was placed after business hours or over a weekend or holiday, please send an email to info@thefabricco.com.  We will reply the next business day.

If you try to make changes or cancel your order at a later time, we cannot guarantee that we can stop the items from shipping.  Please see our return policy for guidelines for returning an order.


Out of stock/Backorders*/Discontinued Products

We try our best to keep the products on our site up to date so you know what is available.  However, some factors can affect inventory levels which The Fabric Co may not have control over that can unexpectedly cause a product to become out of stock, back ordered, or discontinued.  In these cases, we will contact you via email and/or phone to let you know what the issue is so that we can fill your order as quickly as possible.

If a product has been discontinued and we will not be able to fill the order, we will automatically void the payment authorization and cancel the order.

*Backorder dates are the estimated date for when a pattern is expected to be back in stock.  We do our best to verify these estimates, but there are times they change due to increased demand or additional time to manufacture.  If this happens, we will notify you as soon as possible with the option to change or cancel your order.
