Shipping policy

All orders ship Monday-Friday...

Products ship from multiple locations.  All of our shipping locations ship orders Monday-Friday, not including holidays.  US Holidays that may delay pickups and deliveries:

SAMPLES

Because all product samples are not housed in one location, we cannot offer expedited shipping on samples through our website.

Samples are available on most of our products for a small fee of $4 ea.  You will find a “Sample” button on the product description page if samples are available.  Samples vary in size and ship from multiple locations.  Sample orders normally ship by regular mail and cannot be tracked.  Please make sure to provide your correct mailing address.

Domestic

Samples shipping to a domestic address ship for free.

  • For orders shipping to a contiguous state, please allow 5-7 days for orders to ship.  Once shipped, allow 5-25 days to receive your complete sample order.
  • For orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or any other US territory, please allow approximately 2-4 weeks to receive your complete sample order.

International

We offer USPS (1st Class or Priority Mail International) shipping options for international sample orders.  Shipping charges are based on weight and destination and are calculated at checkout.  International sample orders will ship complete from our retail location.  Please allow a minimum of 7-12 business days to receive your shipping confirmation email.  Delivery times vary from country to country.

Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address when placing orders.  Addresses cannot be changed once the order has been processed and shipped.

 

Product Orders - Domestic

Contiguous US

  • We offer a flat economy shipping rate of $14.95 per order.  Because this flat rate is a small fraction of the actual shipping costs, we ship these orders via the most economical way using our choice of one of the following shipping methods - USPS (1st Class or Priority Mail), UPS Ground, or Fed Ex Ground.  Please allow a minimum of 5-30 business days for delivery.
  • We also offer a flat standard shipping rate of $29.95 per order.  Because this rate is a small fraction of actual shipping costs, we ship our orders via the most economical way using our choice of one of the following shipping methods - USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, or Fed Ex Ground.  Please allow a minimum of 3-15 days from time of shipping for delivery.
  • For expedited shipping*, we offer 2nd Day or Next Day Air options.  Expedited shipping charges are based on weight and destination.  These charges are calculated at checkout.

*All of our shipping locations offer 2nd Day or Next Day Air shipping, however, some of them may take longer than 24 hours to process and ship your order.  Please contact us for availability or additional shipping information.

 Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, & Other US Territories

  • Shipping charges for orders shipping to US Territories outside of the contiguous US are based on weight and destination.  These orders are shipped via USPS (1st Class or Priority Mail), UPS Ground, or Fed Ex Ground.  Please allow a minimum of 2-3 weeks for delivery.
  • We do not offer expedited shipping on orders shipping outside of the contiguous US.

Please note, some fabric orders will be folded for shipping.  If you would like to guarantee your fabric order is shipped on a tube, there will be an additional shipping charge of $35 per fabric.

Product Orders - International

For product orders shipping internationally, we offer USPS (1st Class or Priority Mail International) or UPS International shipping options.  Shipping charges* are based on weight and destination and are calculated at checkout.  The order weight will determine which shipping options will be offered.

All products shipping internationally must first be received at our retail location.  Please allow a minimum of 7-12 business days to receive your shipping confirmation email.  Delivery times vary from country to country.

*Any additional fees, such as taxes, duties, and/or brokerage are calculated at import by your country's customs department.  These fees are the responsibility of the importer.

Please note, some fabric orders will be folded for shipping.  Due to package size limitations with USPS, if you would like to guarantee your fabric order ships on a tube, please opt for UPS International shipping at checkout.
